€500k Upgrade to Siskin Improves Capability and Aims to Deepen Penetration in the Insurance and Retail Sectors

Commenting on Siskin €500k upgrade, Peter Rose, CTO TEKenable says their aim is to leverage Siskin initially at least into the insurance and retail sectors.

Custom software developer, Greenfinch Technology, has released its new workflow and case management platform, Siskin, after a €500k upgrade which it hopes to deepen its penetration of the insurance and retail sectors.


Greenfinch, a subsiduary of TEKenable, say Siskin allows business users to turn any collaborative business process into a task-oriented web application which in turn accelerates innovation in the workplace. Its low-code design, along with improved capability and enhanced support, allows analysts and project managers to define complex business processes without the requirement to involve software development personnel.


Siskin is developed on Microsoft technology and is deployable across multi and hybrid cloud environments alongside other IT systems, such as document management, ERP or hosted SaaS applications. A responsive mobile user interface and native clients for Android and iOS means users can complete assigned tasks while on the go. 


Greenfinch, which was founded by Dermot Reid in 2006, started its life in Docklands Innovation Park, Dublin. It focuses on providing custom software solution in Java, .Net, Mobile Application, Web, and Xamarin Development. It has clients under NDA in Ireland and the UK including one of the largest global fast food restaurants, a global retail fit out company and a number of insurance brokers and underwriters in the UK.
