Developer and Engineering Roles in Dublin, as well as Jobs Spanning Lab Employees, Marketing, Customer Solutions & Sales
Building on the demand for its Coronavirus home testing kits and a recent $71 million funding round, health insights company, LetsGetChecked, has announced a further 210 new jobs, 160 of which will be based in Dublin.
Already this year, the Company has added 200 positions in Dublin, as well as 140 in the United States as it works alongside partners American Airlines, British Airways and oneworld to launch a transatlantic Coronavirus testing trial to demonstrate how testing can re-open travel routes and remove the need for quarantine periods.
Aside from their Coronasvirus home-testing kits, which has shipped more than 1 million times since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, LetsGetChecked also cover general health, men’s health, women’s health and sexual health empowering people to take an active role to live longer, happier lives.
Peter Foley, the CEO and Founder of LetsGetChecked (pictured), said the new positions will expand departments such as nursing, data science, marketing, customer solutions, sales, and recruitment. Additionally, Lab employees will form the newest department in Dublin to facilitate the analysis of the Company's at-home Coronavirus tests.
"This year has been like no other. Through the hard work of each and every one one of our team members, we’ve been able to make a positive impact by helping people around the world manage their health during a global crisis. We are looking for people who share our passion and our mission here in Dublin to ensure we are doing as much as we can to allow people to take control of their health."
By combining health data and diagnostic results, LetsGetChecked provides rich health insights to enable better healthcare decision making. Chief Technology Officer, Mike Tesar, highlighted the meaningfulness of the new positions for engineers and developers.
He said; “During my time at LetsGetChecked, I’ve watched the challenges and wins associated with a high growth company, but I don’t think anyone could have prepared me for the dedication and talent of our team here. You can be a Software Engineer or a Front End Developer in any company, but at LetsGetChecked you are helping people take ownership of their health and get to work with a team that is deeply mission-driven.”
The latest hires will bring the global LetsGetChecked team to 653 employees.
