Dublin Based M2M IoT PaaS Company Wins Inaugural Deloitte Innovative Technology Award in Association with Google
Asavie, the Dublin based provider of next generation enterprise mobility management and machine-to-machine security solutions, has been named winner of the inaugural Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Technology Innovation Award in association with Google. This award recognizes the contribution Asavie's next generation Enterprise Mobility Management product has made to the company's explosive revenue growth over the past year.
Accepting the Deloitte Award, Ralph Shaw, CEO, Asavie (pictured) said; "This award is testimony to the great technology Asavie has built; the strength of our global partnerships and the huge opportunity that mobile data control represents as part of an enterprise mobility management strategy. It's a great honor for our team to receive the Deloitte New Innovative Technology Award."
Asavie whose clients include leading telecommunications brands such as AT&T, Cradlepoint, eir, Three, Telefonica and Vodafone enables companies to secure and manage the connectivity between people, places and things. Additionally, Asavie enables mobile operators and original equipment manufacturers to rapidly launch, scale and secure end-user focused enterprise mobility and Internet of Things (IoT) projects.
According to Ericsson, by 2020 there will be 6.3 billion smartphone subscriptions globally. The unabated appetite for data will be driven by this adoption of smartphones and lead to increased need to control and secure the access to mobile data. The company says its next generation enterprise mobility management solution means it is ideally positioned to take advantage of this market growth.
In addition to winning the New Innovative Technology Award in association with Google. Asavie was a Deloitte Fast 50 award winner and was nominated for the Deloitte Export Award in association with Intel.
This year marks the sixteenth year of the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 program in Ireland. The awards rank the best of the Irish technology sector and recognizes those companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in turnover over the last four years. The New Innovative Technology award in association with Google is a new category recognizing the company that has created or introduced a new or innovative product or service to International markets that has helped grow their business the most over the last four years.
