"Dependencies, Always Dependencies..." with Troy Magennis

In this session, we will look at the types, impacts, and ways to lessen the impact of dependencies. As organizations scale teams and complexity using in-house, at-home, and external people to deliver work, dependencies get harder and more damaging to flow. We will work through practical workshop exercises online using Miro (technology god(s) of your choice willing) with the goal of leaving this session knowing important ways to manage and measure dependencies.

Troy is a consultant in the Agile forecasting and metrics domains.
